Everything in the shop ships across Canada. Shipping is free, with no minimum spend.
When will my order arrive?
Six to ten business days, with track and trace. You get the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

From what age can we use the support cushion?
From newborn, as long as you are in the room and your baby is awake. Most parents stop somewhere around six months, when rolling starts.
Can my baby sleep in the support cushion?
No. It is a support cushion for supervised, awake time. Put your baby to sleep on a firm, flat surface on their back.
Do you make any medical claims?
No. Nothing we sell diagnoses or treats anything, and the free comfort guide is general information, not medical advice. Ask your own doctor, midwife or public health nurse about your baby.
How do I wash things?
Covers come off and go in the machine at 30 °C. Air dry, no tumble dryer. Inserts wipe clean with a damp cloth.
