5. Refunds

If you qualify for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy:

Your refund is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Your bank or payment provider may need extra time before the money shows up in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the law requires otherwise or the return is the result of our error.
