What it is
A shaped cushion that holds your baby in a comfortable, slightly raised position while you feed them or sit beside them. Instead of propping them up with one arm and a rolled-up blanket, you set them down and both of you get a break.
The wedge underneath detaches, so the same piece works flat as a mat once they are rolling. The cover comes off in one go and goes in the machine, which matters more than anyone tells you before the first spit-up.

From what age can we use it?
From newborn, as long as you are in the room and your baby is awake. Most parents stop somewhere around six months, when rolling starts and the flat setting becomes the useful one.
Can my baby sleep in it?
No. This is a support cushion for supervised, awake time. Put your baby to sleep on a firm, flat surface on their back. We would rather lose the sale than say something else here.
Does it help with reflux?
We do not make medical claims. Plenty of parents use a slight incline after a feed because their baby seems more comfortable, but if reflux is a real worry, that is a question for your doctor or public health nurse.
How do I wash it?
The cover comes off and goes in the machine at 30 °C. Air dry, no tumble dryer. The insert wipes clean with a damp cloth.
When will it arrive?
