Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

Which payment methods are available may depend on your country or region.

If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Once your order is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

Our standard timings are:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated shipping time: 1–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination

Many of our products ship directly from our international fulfilment partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Carrier delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and do not automatically entitle you to a refund or a cancellation.

5. Returns & Order Cancellations

Because orders start processing shortly after they are placed:

  • Refund requests cannot be assessed until the order has been delivered and, where applicable, the return process has been completed.

Mara’s Nest is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Our maximum liability for any claim will never exceed the purchase price paid for the product involved.
